1. Acceptance

By using MaSonKuPik, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the studio or rely on the website content.

2. Your rights to the audio

You may only process audio that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use. You are responsible for lyrics, compositions, voices, samples, recordings, prompts, artwork, and any rights required for publication or distribution.

MaSonKuPik provides signal processing. It does not grant ownership of a source track and does not provide copyright, trademark, voice, publicity, or distribution clearance.

3. Audio results

Mastering results depend on the source, genre, arrangement, level, distortion, codec, browser, device, and settings. No guarantee is made that a processed file will meet every platform specification, repair a damaged source, or sound better on every playback system.

Keep the original file, inspect the export, and perform your own listening and technical checks before releasing or replacing a production master.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with availability, bypass technical protections, probe systems without authorization, or misrepresent affiliation with MaSonKuPik.

5. Availability and changes

The website may change, pause, or remove features without advance notice. Browser APIs and third-party infrastructure can also affect compatibility or availability. MaSonKuPik may update presets, processing behavior, export targets, documentation, and these terms.

6. Educational content

Articles and guides are provided for general audio education. They are not a substitute for legal advice, platform-specific delivery requirements, or a dedicated mastering engineer's review of a particular commercial release.

7. Third-party names and links

Suno, Udio, Google, Cloudflare, streaming services, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Descriptive references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship. Third-party websites have their own terms and policies.

8. Advertising and support

Eligible editorial pages may contain advertising or developer-support links. Advertising does not purchase a favorable audio recommendation. Avoid accidental clicks and use ad controls only for their intended purpose.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

MaSonKuPik is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular release, or compatibility with every browser and device. To the extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for lost files, lost revenue, release rejection, rights disputes, or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
